Why did you start your business?
I am a Menopause Coach on a mission! When I went through my own transition, I was utterly shocked at how little we learn about what actually happens to our bodies. Women go from MD to MD searching for answers to their symptoms but are getting brushed off that this is "just part of aging" and we should suffer through it. Nope! I'm on a mission to support women from peri to post-menopause so they can feel their absolute best and thrive during midlife! I've been in the health and wellness field for almost 20 years (my previous niche was fertility, and I do some consulting in that field as well), but menopause opened my eyes and I was able to get another certification specifically in menopause coaching. I love it and as a lifelong learner, I will continue to learn and grow in this field.
Biggest Achievement so far.....
I'm still new, so everything feels like an achievement :)

Greatest Lesson Learned....
I've learned it's OK to not do everything all at once. I'm focusing on one thing at a time and doing that one thing well. I no longer feel like I have to do all the things I see others doing in business. All our paths can look different and that's what makes us unique.

My family, people with integrity who spread kindness, teachers (truth be told this was my first career, so I know how hard it can be!), dog rescuers.... too much to list everything that inspires me :)
Words to Foster others....
You deserve to feel good! Not just "meh" but really truly great! As women, we tend to put our own needs last and that has to stop. When you reach middle age I want this to be the start of the best chapter of your life, not the "beginning of the end" that society wants us to believe it is.I want the GenX woman to be the most powerful on the planet :)
