Why did you start your business?

I started my business shortly after I started my health journey. Immediately I saw the immediate benefits from a healthy diet, a healthy, mindset and spirit. Like the saying goes: when you start taking care of of yourself, you start feeling better, you start looking better and you start to attract better. It all begins with you. My husband and I transformed our lives through good health and healthy habits and I immediately wanted to share this gift with others.

Biggest Achievement so far.....

Being able to help other women in midlife to find their new identity and regain energy and confidence by living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

Greatest Lesson Learned....

The greatest lesson I learned: consistency is key. Watch your habits not your weight through consistently focusing on the process of making healthy choices over time is the key to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Person, Place or Thing that inspires you

My mother. My mother is turning 90 years old this December. Her zest for life and can-do attitude inspires me in so many facets of my life. For example, she has taught me that when life gets tough the struggle is a gift to embrace, learn from and it will help you become a stronger version of yourself.

My boys. Through adversity & learning challenges, we shape our destiny by never giving up, standing tall after falling, to learn from the disappointments, and continue with determination and persistence to move forward in life.

Words to Foster others....

In the words of James Clear, author of Atomic Habits: "Your identity plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Your habits are not just about WHAT you do; they are about who you become. When you identify as a person who values health and wellness, it becomes easier to make consistent, healthy choices. You become the type of person who effortlessly makes the healthy choices. Your identity shapes your habits and your habits in turn reinforce your identity. So ask yourself, who do you want be?"
