Acupuncture By Savannah

You can do it like it's a great weight on you, or you can do it like it's part of the dance.

Why did you start your business?

To create a space for people to come to where they can let everything else fall away and get in touch with their essential nature, relax their nervous systems, and discover both where they are potentially out of balance as well as find ways to return to balance and alignment. I started receiving acupuncture a decade ago and it changed my life, so much so that I dove deep into learning and experiencing it more. The foundation it has provided me in my work is that of an incredibly wise system and lens for which to look at the body.

Biggest Achievement so far.....

Opening up my own business! This is no easy task, which is something I am learning more and more every day. It is so greatly all encompassing and is such a wonderful mirror for my own self-growth. I am so grateful to be able to pursue what I am passionate about, to nurture my own visions and goals, and to have a space to help support others towards feeling their best.

Greatest Lesson Learned....

My greatest lesson learned is to take time each morning to center myself. Starting each day with this foundation makes my days more fluid, meaningful, and leaves me better able to feel coherent and present towards whatever may arrive that day. Certainly I can't control what life brings my way, but I can support my own self to be in the best position to participate fully in my life.

Person, Place or Thing that inspires you

The ocean. Sitting with the waves always reminds me to surrender to the ebb and flow of what life brings my way, helps me breathe a little deeper, and helps me put in perspective how vast the world is and how much power to create each and every one of us holds.

Words to Foster others....

Keep on creating. Even when it feels worthless, hopeless, invisible, etc. Keep on creating and moving that which flows through you.
