Why did you start your business?

My passion for eating healthy and self-care led me to this field. I thought I knew it all in my 20s and early 30s, eating a no fat, no carb and lots of diet food diet. It wasn’t until the birth of my 4th child that I realized something was wrong with “my health path”. Going back to school and learning a holistic way of eating real and taking care of your body as a whole was the best thing I ever did for myself.

Biggest Achievement so far.....

My biggest achievement so far was being a catalyst for change; not only in adults but with children. Leading by example has always been my moto and it pays off! Working with children and watching those open doors to a healthier lifestyle at such a young age is something I am extremely proud of.

Greatest Lesson Learned....

Slow and steady is the name of the game. Whatever you are doing, keep at it and don’t quit. Whether you are making a change in your lifestyle or in a new relationship, there is no rush! For lasting results and greatest gains being consistent and persistent is a must.

My amazing parents, family and friends are my greatest inspiration. Without them, nothing is possible.

Words to Foster others....

Believe in yourself and put the effort in! Ask for help when you need it and even when you don’t. You can always learn from someone else. Surround yourself with like-minded people.
