Why did you start your business?
I have been involved in the "world of food" for the past five years with my focus primarily on developing great recipes, blogging, food styling, writing articles, and teaching. It is a true labor of LOVE. To me the ability to create a unique, yet fun culinary experience
(usually dedicated to my husband and kids) is motivating and completely satisfying. Food is ALWAYS present in our daily life from simple snacks to celebrations; we even plan our family trips around meals.
I am a typical mother in her thirties with two young kids on the go (always) who just wants a nutritious, yet fun meal in front of them as often as possible. My recipes are all done with my kids around and often participating. There is nothing that makes me happier than divulging my nibbles, secrets & entertaining tips. In the end, this career is about fulfilling my passion of the culinary arts and sharing with all those who love food as much as I do.
Biggest Achievement so far.....
Publishing “Cups Sticks & Nibbles” was a dream come true. I gave myself a time frame of forty years old and exactly two years short of that it was released!

Greatest Lesson Learned....
You are your best and biggest promoter. There is nobody that is going to put in the time, energy and diligence like you. Unfortunately, I learned this hard way, although warned by many. Wasted dollars later, I made a decision that if I wanted the attention of the public eye; it was up to me to make it happen. So that’s what I did….and it worked.
Person, Place or Thing that inspires you
Ella, my 9 year old, daughter is the one I truly cook for. Together we watch the “The Cooking Channel” every Saturday morning and she’s always pointing out new dishes she wants to try. Oh, and kids have absolutely no filter, so there’s no sugar coating the dishes she likes and does not!
