I’m not grateful for all of it. But I’m grateful for what I learned from it.
Why did you start your business?
When I was 24 years old, I was working at an Agency in San Diego and felt that I was ready for something bigger. With the consent of the owner of the Agency, I took a pretty sizable client and went out on my own to start Project X. Every day that I didn’t have to get a 'real' job, I considered myself successful. When you're truly passionate about what you do, it doesn't feel like work. Next year marks my 20th year in business and I still don't have a 'real' job!
Biggest Achievement so far.....
In business, being able to see our clients actually meet their business goals partly because of the work my company does for them. Personally, I love to mentor junior, high school and college-aged students, which I do through my Rotary club.

Greatest Lesson Learned....
If something seems too good to be true, it most likely is. Trust your intuition, even if everything else seems to check out on paper.
