Why did you start your business?
As a mom of a tween girl with a budding social life and many parties to attend (and always nothing to wear!), I wanted to provide an affordable option for my daughter Charlotte and every young fashionista out there to be able to wear beautiful new party dresses to each event without moms and dads having to break the bank. And Charlotte’s Closet was born..... your most stylish celebrity BFF whose closet you can raid…whenever you want!
Biggest Achievement so far.....
After only 5 1/2 months since the launch of Charlotte’s Closet, we have been able to dress so many girls — the smiles on their faces as they show off their designer dresses is by far our biggest achievement to date.
We have also garnered so many positive stories and “wowed” the media with our concept, which is a huge accomplishment for such a young brand.

Greatest Lesson Learned....

Person, Place or Thing that inspires you
My supportive family especially my father inspire me every day. At 77 my father is still passionate about going to work and I’m lucky to have been able to work side by side with him this past year as I grow my company. I certainly get my work ethic and passion for business from him. I hope to inspire my children especially my daughter Charlotte to find a career that will challenge and inspire them.
It is amazing what you can accomplish when you have a supportive family by your side.
Words to Foster others....
Go after your dreams and never give up. Starting a business is not an easy task and especially for us working moms with a daily juggling act — but just know with hard work and dedication, everything is possible.
