Why did you start your business?
After not having support for my first birth in 2015 I decided to change my career from public accounting to being a health professional. I had very little support before, during and after birth and I did not have the best health outcome because of that. I realized that when families have the right care team surrounding them health outcomes are so much better. The World Health Organization also recommends every birthing mother to have a doula.
Biggest Achievement so far.....
Getting accepted into a 4 year nursing program and completing it in December 2022 and at the same time starting Expert Doula.

Greatest Lesson Learned....
To be patient with myself and decisions do not often need to be made on the spot. To have confidence in what I am working on and not to doubt myself.

My family continues to inspire me and my own motivation. Seeing my clients get better and advocating for them when needed is so important.
Words to Foster others....
Try to be kind and have understanding. People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness. Just because they’re not on your road doesn’t mean they’ve gotten lost.
