Why did you start your business?
Many years ago I was in transition and thought I was looking for a new job, during a time when jobs for experienced people were scarce. I was invited to a business development networking group and this amazing group of people knew I was starting a business before I did. Looking back, I always had the spark of the idea to have my own business but never would have taken the perceived risk to leave a good job to do it. I'm so very glad I did.
Biggest Achievement so far.....
My biggest achievement? I don't think I can pick just one and I am so very proud of my resilience throughout my life, finding ways to move forward no matter the circumstance.

Greatest Lesson Learned....
My greatest lesson learned is that sometimes you have to let people help you and that it's as much for them, if not more than it is for you.

The water inspires me, something about the vastness perhaps. I find it calming, inspiring, and something I need to be near.
Words to Foster others....
Life is not a race and you are taking things at your own pace. You are more fabulous and skilled than you care to admit. If you have butterflies in your stomach...teach them to fly in formation.
