"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more powerful than the riskk it took to blossom." Anais Nin
Why did you start your business?
I needed a place to marry together all my skills and passions and I knew I wasn’t going to find it anywhere but in my own business. After my divorce, I needed a way to support myself and my children, but I wanted that to be in a way that was going to fulfill me emotionally as well as financially, finally. I didn’t want another job where I was a woman in a man’s world. I wanted to create my own life. One that included a career that was fulfilling and lucrative. I was embarking on a whole new life anyway, so why not go all the way and make a successful business as well. I felt as if all the jobs I’ve had along the way were preparing me for this endeavor.
Biggest Achievement so far.....
Living through a divorce and coming out the other side stronger and happier. Creating a life filled with the truest of friends, the best cheerleaders, happy and whole children well on their way to being accomplished adults. Learning how to trust myself, my skills, my voice. It’s a work in progress, but I am well on my way.

Greatest Lesson Learned....
You don’t have to know how to do everything, you just need to know who to ask! Of all the skills I have, business operations, isn’t one of them. However, I am surrounded by people who have those skills. They are capable and knowledgeable, and who love nothing more than to help others, and that includes me. All I have to do is remember to ask. If you don’t ask, you don’t get.
Person, Place or Thing that inspires you
Women who have the courage to change their lives. Sometimes it’s about changing a relationship and sometimes it’s about a career shift. Sometimes it’s changing one thing, and sometimes it’s about changing everything. Sometimes it’s about money, and sometimes it’s about passion. But whatever the motivation, and whatever the catalyst is for the change to occur, the courage to move forward in truth is what inspires me.
Words to Foster others....
